	Field of Application:			Properties:
	Multilac Weather Guard Flexible Elastomeric Wall Primer is specially formulated as an undercoat to be applied on walls before the application of top coat. This extremely durable wall primer is important in preventing the formation of cracks in the walls due to its superior elastisity. Also this improves the adhesion properties of the paint and reducing the amount of paint which is needed to apply on walls. This can be apply in both interior and exterior walls and concretes.			Prevent hairline cracks and provide excellent water, chemical & abrasion resistance. Excellent hiding power. Improves the adhesion of top coats. Reduce the amount of top coats about 20%.

	Storage:			Safety Advice:
	Store at room temperature between 5 C- 48 °C			Keep out of the reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

	Waste Removal:			Packaging:
	Materials and all related packaging must be disposed of in a safe way in accordance with the full requirements of the local authorities.Particular attention should be made to removing wastage from site in compliance with standard construction site procedures.			1 litre , 4 litre, 10 litreand 20 litre attractive plastic cans,

Method of Application:
	Preferably by brush or roller. Can also be sprayed.

Cleaning of tools:
	Brush and other tools must be cleaned with soap water immediately.

Covering Capacity:
	10-12 Sq.m / litre (depending on surface )

Drying time :
	Surface dry15 minutes, hard dry 30 minutes

Suitable Surface and their Preparation
	The surface must be dry, free from dust and other such separable substances that may prevent good adhesion.
